Dearly Beloveds, We are gathered here today to get through this thing called Life.

How are you finding getting through it and do you need a little extra help?

Here’s a little about me, as I’m aware I don’t (probably have never introduced myself properly) as your local Bowen Therapist. I am now in the fortunate position of being able to fulfil the vision of growing my business, based on a passion for Fascia, its inner worldliness, and dimensions, FULL TIME.

Who knows where I’m heading with this, but along the way, to be able help as many individuals that are trapped in the prison of pain, whether that is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. I know Bowen Therapy can help.

From a societal and medical perspective, I’m defined by a whole bunch of labels which I just LOVE to receive, simply for the purpose of one thing… to turn them all into superpowers to use to help others.

Here‘s a few I (for a long time) was ’defined’ by in some way

Addict / Alcoholic
Anxious / Depressed
Troubled / Nuisance (diagnosed ADHD)
PTSD

All are things I have lived through, but effort and hard work into turning these life experiences and illnesses into a foundation for healing and ultimately thriving in life.

Bowen Therapy was the missing piece in my own personal journey & now to carry on and study in alot more depth while building such a forward and futuristic antidote to probably every problem people face on a daily basis… is what I’ve been praying for, for a very long time.
